In conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, Kawasaki Shah Alam organized a special event titled “Kaw Kaw Free Bike Checking Raya” from 24th to 27th March 2025 at our Service Center in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam. This initiative was held as a gesture of appreciation towards our valued customers and to ensure their motorcycles are in excellent condition before embarking on their balik kampung journey.
Throughout the four-day event, our dedicated team of technicians provided complimentary motorcycle inspections, focusing on key safety elements such as tyre pressure, brake condition, fluid levels, and lighting systems. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many customers taking the opportunity to ensure their motorcycles were roadworthy and travel-ready.
In addition to the inspection service, we delighted our guests with thoughtful festive gifts. Every customer who attended received a mini pack of Raya cookies as well as a set of our exclusive Kawasaki Raya packets (sampul Raya). These tokens of appreciation added a personal festive touch and were well received by all participants.
The event received encouraging feedback from attendees. Many expressed their satisfaction not only with the service provided but also with the customer-friendly approach demonstrated by our staff.
